Marketing Content Coordinator

The Marketing Content Coordinator will write, review and edit all marketing materials. This individual will coordinate social media activities for the organization. This role will work collaboratively with the marketing department and employees from across the organization to create compelling content and grow MRI Online's business and brand awareness. This person will play a pivotal role in integrated marketing campaigns ensuring consistency in voice and brand. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and passionate about content creation. He or she is comfortable working in a fast paced environment and working with key stakeholders to develop compelling content to help grow MRI Online. He or she should have a strong writing background, experience with social media, and an adaptive mindset

Responsibilities

  • Research, write, edit and proof copy for all online, offline, external and internal needs,
    including press releases, ad copy, web copy, email campaigns and social media.
  • Develop, manage and execute online marketing strategies, and social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate inbound traffic and engagement, and ultimately, improve member retention and acquisition.
  • Implement social editorial calendar and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and deploy email campaigns to help grow MRI Online subscribers.
  • Promote content through social advertising.
  • Support our inbound marketing strategy, optimizing content for our customers’ buying journey.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing / communications role. This experience should include content management and development.
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Optimize, Wordpress, and Hubspot a plus
  • Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision, good decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Background / experience in healthcare / medical writing a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple projects/priorities at once.
