Content Production Assistant

The MRI Online Content Production Assistant role is a great entry-level position for candidates with exceptional communication, technical, and organizational skills that have a passion for education and healthcare. The MRI Online Content Production Assistant will gain first hand experience building online medical education programs and supporting communication with both faculty and learners. This position will be a part of the Content Production team. 

Projects & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for MRI Online Course builds and content entry on educational website 
    • Perform quality review of video footage and all course materials
    • Organize, prep and load into our online courses all instructional materials created by our faculty and staff utilizing various learning systems (ie WordPress, Ambra, Typeform, Google Drive, OpenEdX, etc)
    • Ensure appropriate content tagging, Compliance requirements, quality control, and Course presentation on website
    • Perform other duties as requested and assigned to ensure the smooth functioning and integrity of content publication
  • Manage logistical and technical needs of Live programming and scheduling
    • Prepare Zoom webinar platform and materials (slides, chat, polling, evaluation)
    • Support management of Live Events Calendar, faculty onboarding, confirmation, and paperwork 
    • Build enduring program materials on mrionline.com
    • Track program analytics and outcomes
  • Support execution of Marketing promotion and distribution
    • Support creation of promotional materials as requested (identifying imagery, populating Marketing collateral)
    • Execute Marketing promotion and distribution needs on website, as requested

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline and / or have a minimum of 2+ years of experience providing operational and administrative support
  • Proficiency with all Google Suite tools, particularly Gmail, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, and other web-based applications
  • Proficiency with all Microsoft Office Suite including word, excel, and powerpoint
  • Experience using virtual event platforms (i.e. Zoom, Google Meet, etc)
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Organized
  • Tech-savvy; able to pick up new technology skills quickly
  • Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced work environment

Preferred Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Communication, Business, Education or health-related field
  • Experience creating web content (HTML, WYSIWYG tools)
  • Experience with Content Management Systems (Wordpress, Sitecore, other)
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) (ie, OpenEdX, Canvas, other)
  • Experience with Collaboration Tools (Notion, Slack)
  • Problem solving mindset
  • Strong communication and team player attitude

WORK LOCATION

  • Position is a hybrid work location at our corporate headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio and work from home
