Account Manager

  • Onboard, maintain and expand our customer base
  • Learn our product and content library inside and out to help our customers improve their clinical practice and drive success from the platform
  • Monitor customer engagement levels and proactively identify customers who aren’t maximizing their opportunity with our product/service and reach out to create an action plan to help them achieve success
  • Regularly check in with customers, providing valuable insights and building relationships at all levels of our customer’s organization
  • Collaborate with our Sales team to manage renewals and expansions
  • Surface opportunities to expand existing accounts when it’s right for the customer
  • Generate outcomes studies, case studies and testimonials for marketing & PR

Responsibilities

  1. Drive adoption, retention, and expansion for a product that physicians love and drives real-word patient impact. Diagnostic imaging is the tip of the spear of patient care, leading to early detection of disease. Our courses help make physicians more confident, accurate and efficient. 
  2. Help build the foundations of Account Management at MRI Online: As an early member of our sales/success team, you'll be instrumental in helping define our sales motion, build our culture and have myriad growth opportunities.
  3. Serve as the customer's trusted advisor and product expert: You'll host training, onboarding, develop curriculums and roll-out dedicated training plans to help large practices drive change within their organizations. 
  4. Join a high-growth, mission driven team with proven success. We’ve established ourselves as the industry leader in our first segment, Radiology, and plan to rapidly expand there while entering new healthcare segments.
  5. Meaningfully shape our product: As you engage with customers, you'll gain insights to help us serve them better — and work with the product team to inform what we do next.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven success in your current Client Success or Account Management
  • You have a growth mindset and thrive in the building, adaptable stage of a small startup team
  • You are highly motivated to be a top performer, contribute to a team and both give & receive feedback
  • You are comfortable with data, and able to communicate to customers using data
  • You love getting to know new people and helping them solve their problems

Nice to Haves

  • You have healthcare experience and/or direct experience working with physicians
  • You have been an early hire at a fast growing start up before
  • You have strong technical understanding and ability to explain complex things simply
