VP of Sales

The Head of Sales is a critical, executive-level role for developing and scaling MRI Online’s Business. You will report directly to the CEO and will drive sales, business development, and go to market strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale the commercial side of the business, including sales, implementation and support teams
  • Develop sales pipeline with large, strategic radiology practices
  • Own revenue generation and commercialization strategy, including forecasting and delivering against revenue targets
  • Scale current business model (direct to practice subscriptions) while developing the playbook for B2B SaaS sales on new lines of business 
  • Map the partnership landscape to guide product, content, marketing and sales strategy and develop third-party distribution partnerships to drive new channel growth
  • Develop the playbook for repeatable institutional sales & partnerships, including development of a sales funnel, developing pricing strategy, and development of sales enablement materials
  • Partner successfully with cross-functional leadership, including marketing, product, content and engineering, to influence the direction and performance of the organization and align goals

Skills & Qualifications

  • 5-10+ years of experience in sales leadership, business development, management consulting, investment banking or related strategic roles. Healthcare, SaaS, startup experience is a plus but not required
  • Entrepreneurial, creative problem solver and ownership approach; takes full accountability for finding solutions and doing what it takes to create success
  • Experience leading and building a high-performance team
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects, deliver against stakeholder needs and collaborate at all levels of an organization effectively
  • Ability to think creatively and critically and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous work environment
  • Ability to develop relationships with healthcare executives, negotiate effectively and hit aggressive sales targets
  • Desire to work for a mission-driven company in a fast-paced startup environment
